Interior design:
INTERIOR DESIGN FEES WITH NYUMBA x AZ

1) Sketch file (2 proposals + visuals):
Studio: €500 excluding VAT, 2-room apartment: €750 excluding VAT, 3-room apartment: €1,000 excluding VAT, 4-room apartment and larger: €1,500 excluding VAT
​
2) Company consultation file (1 included):
6% to 8% maximum of the total amount excluding VAT of the work
3) Site monitoring (1 + 2 inclusive):
12% to a maximum of 15% of the total amount excluding VAT of the work
Decoration:
Assistance with decoration/furnishing
(showroom visits, shopping list…):
On request
